Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how PrimerMAN Wear (operated by BMM DIGITAL LLC, "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit primermanwear.com (the "Services"). It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

By continuing to use our Services and/or by giving your consent through our cookie banner, you agree to the use of cookies as described below. You can change your preferences at any time (see "Managing Your Preferences" further down).

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owners.

Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by third parties whose services we use to power features of our store, such as analytics or advertising (third-party cookies). Cookies may stay on your device for the duration of your browsing session (session cookies) or for a longer period set in advance (persistent cookies).

This policy also covers similar technologies such as pixels, tags, local storage and the JavaScript-based fingerprinting techniques used by the platforms below — we use the term "cookies" throughout to refer to all of these for simplicity.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of our Services and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, adding items to your cart, or filling in forms. Without them, parts of the site simply will not work.

We rely on Shopify's standard set of necessary cookies — including _shopify_y, _shopify_s, cart, cart_sig, secure_customer_sig and storefront_digest — to maintain your session, your cart and your login state.

2.2 Performance & Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our Services by collecting and reporting information anonymously. They allow us to count visits and traffic sources, measure performance, and improve the way the site works.

We use the following analytics providers (subject to your consent where required):

  • Shopify Analytics — first-party analytics built into the Shopify platform (e.g. _y, _s, _shopify_visit).
  • Google Analytics 4 — third-party analytics that helps us understand how customers find and use our store (cookies starting with _ga, _gid, _gat). You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

2.3 Functional Cookies

These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalisation, such as remembering your preferred language, region, or recently viewed products. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages.

2.4 Marketing & Advertising Cookies

These cookies are used to make advertising messages more relevant to you and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. They are usually set by advertising partners who track your activity across different websites.

We use, or may use, the following marketing platforms (subject to your consent):

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — to measure conversions from our ads and show you relevant products on Meta platforms.
  • Google Ads & Google Tag — to measure conversions from Google Ads and YouTube, and to show you relevant products via Google's network.
  • TikTok Pixel — to measure conversions from our TikTok ads and reach similar audiences.
  • Klaviyo — to deliver personalised marketing emails and SMS (with your consent), and to remember items you have viewed or added to your cart.

You will not see marketing cookies set until you explicitly accept them through our cookie banner, unless required for fraud prevention or another strictly necessary purpose.

3. Managing Your Preferences

You have several ways to control or withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies:

  • Cookie banner. The first time you visit our store, we display a banner asking you to accept, reject, or customise non-essential cookies. You can reopen this banner at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in our website footer.
  • Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via their settings menu. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent core features of our store (such as the cart and checkout) from working.
  • Third-party opt-outs. You can opt out of personalised advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google directly from your account settings on those platforms.

If you withdraw your consent, we will stop setting non-essential cookies going forward, but cookies already set may remain until they expire or you clear them from your browser.

4. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We honour the choices you make through our cookie banner and through the opt-out mechanisms listed in section 3.

5. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
